This is a practical research-informed  session, and all attendees will be given @UKPastoralChat‘s Digital Habits resources to take away. The session will consist of three parts:

  1. We will look at the data collected during our digital wellbeing research carried out  in conjunction with the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust.
  2. We will identify unhealthy digital habits that could be detrimental to the learning process.
  3. We will discuss practical strategies to empower pupils to develop healthy digital habits, as well as ways of engaging parents to engage learners.
